1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Hardware-as-a-Service (HaaS) Agreement

Hardware devices provided by BEYTECH remain the property of BEYTECH unless explicitly purchased outright. HaaS subscriptions cover the usage, maintenance, and firmware updates of the hardware during the subscription period.

• You are responsible for the physical security of the hardware installed at your facilities.
• Lost or damaged hardware due to negligence may incur replacement fees.

3. Software License

BEYTECH grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our cloud platform solely for your internal business operations associated with the tracking assets.

4. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall BEYTECH, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

5. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Turkey, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
